Hello, thanks for this list. I’ve been figuring out how to synchronize my Twitter and blog when I found your site. When you install this plug-in, does it display the blog post title and the URL? Can you also manually enter a teaser along with the Twitter feed?
It is actually even easier to submit your feed via twitterfeed to all the sites serviced by ping.fm. Get those posts out to those social sites and watch the traffic follow.
I personnally use Tweet this, which tweets automatically for me and I love this pluggin. It works great and deliver shorts URL, which in my sense is also important (it looks better)
